met bewondering
gelezen. Wonderful,
especially even now
after 5 months
having met you and
the YCRT at
Spa-Francochamps in
June 2010, the
afterglow of that
experience is still
very prominent. As
my South African
colleague, Alan
Turner has already
said in an earlier
entry in this
guestbook, it would
have been wonderful
to be at Assen,
together with the
RSA aces, but alas,
it was not to be.
We were there in
thought, enjoying
the pictures,
vidieos and media
coverage. It is
very gratifying to
see Phil Read was
again united with
the RD05A. That
must have been a
defining moment of
the event and also
very special. I
really enjoyed your
words of Stevie
Baker, as well as
the fact that he
has now also been
inducted into the
Hall of Fame in his
country. Very
special indeed,
that small man
Baker!!
We look forward to
meeting up with you
again in South
Africa, in January
next year.
